Tax exempt status is on hold due to the recent IRS issues.
Continued planning for the Fall Fly-in:
Three car clubs are interested in participating with the Chapter. We discussed options for where to set them up? Outside the fence will help keep the fight line clear but placement inside the fence would allow for better crowd control.
We discussed adding a swap meet feature to the fly-in? We will need set some guidelines for participation and operation such as check in by 9am, check out by 4pm. We also need a volunteer to monitor and administer the parts for sale.
Activities for the kids:
foam rockets
Mentos and soda cannons or similar
Discussed additional ways to advertise: the breakfast club, GA news, Radio / TV station to post on their web page and/or movie pre-show ads.

Tuesday night, June 11th at the CAP office in MB, behind the TV station offices near the FBO
Launch June 15th at the RC field in Conway
